  • Non-Receipt of Reports: If your report is not delivered, notify us immediately for a refund.
  • Overcharging: Refunds will be provided for any overcharged amounts.
  • Internal Errors: Technical issues such as duplicate charges or empty reports qualify for refunds.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Refunds will not be issued if the data in the report is accurate.
  • Complaints not meeting the listed conditions will not qualify for refunds.
